- Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan add heing,cumin seeds,turmeric,some red chilli powder,some salt and saute.Now add Dal paste and fry for 2 min..
- Take wheat flour with some salt and make a soft dough.Rest it for 10 min.Now make balls from the dough and start rolling like poori one by one.Fill the dal mixture on one side and cover with another edges as ghujiya looks.Ready all like this..
- In a large pan boil water with some salt and boil these Fara for 15 min.Now take out these Fara from water softly & let them cool down.After that cut them into pieces..
- Heat oil in another pan,add mustard seeds, heing, curry patta leaves,some turmeric powder,garam masala, kasoori methi and saute.Now add these Fara to fry & garnish with chopped Coriander..
